Wool is a renewable fiber, and Australia produces the highest quality of wool. We source our wool from ethical farms with the best animal husbandry practices.
SHEARING
The sheep are shorn once a year, our selected farms ensure that animals are taken care of in the best manner. Once this has been shorn the wool is then sent for cleaning.
SCOURING (CLEANING PROCESS)
Wool scouring is removing most of the impurities from the wool, most of the wool grease, all mineral impurities and a small percentage of vegetable matter.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Once the wool has been cleaned, it is sent to our factory in Sydney where we develop different types of products using our machinery.
HAND FINISHED
Our professional highly experienced  machinist ensure that every quilt is hand finished as quality is our main priority.
FINISHED PRODUCT
